At Camp Celiac we recognize the financial challenges facing families already dealing with the high cost of foods. As a result, we have established a subsidy program and through the support of Camp Davern and community partners, we are working with to help support those in need through our campership program. Refunds & Cancellations
The following applies to all camps.
A cancellation fee will apply for any cancellations made any time after registration. Cancellations will be charged according to the date they are received, so if you cancel:
any time before February 1st, you’ll be refunded your deposit and fees paid.
between Feb 1st and Feb 28, you’ll be refunded your deposit and fees paid, $200.00 per child (total $400).
between March 1st and March 31, you’ll be refunded your deposit and fees paid, less $250.00 per child (total $450)
between April 1st and April 30th, you’ll be refunded all registration fees (due May 1st), less $300.00 per child (total $500).
Any cancellations made on or after May 1st are non-refundable.
There is no reduction in fees for campers arriving late or leaving early. All refund requests are typically reviewed and processed at the end of our camping season each year.
Refunds are not provided for campers leaving early for reasons or anxiety or homesickness. In the event of an injury at camp, where a camper must leave early, a prorated amount will be credited to the following year.
Refunds will not be issued in the event that a camper is sent home due to a violation of these expectations.
